SENIOR ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Responsible for the timely closing of accounts.
• Maintain schedule and bank reconciliation.
• Responsible in processing of payment claims and account receivable.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare year-end financial audit.
• Responsible to liaise with company secretary, auditor and tax agent.
• Prepare and submit various reports and statistics as required by the company management on time.
• Perform other administrative.
• Perform any other duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Accounting and Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge in GST.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): SQL Financial Accounting, Excel and other Microsoft Office.
• Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At Least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling a project from concept creation to final artwork and oversee the production process.

• Required skill(s): Autocad, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Indesign, Photography.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

EXHIBITION SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Build up new prospects and clients deals negotiation and close sales.
• Writing and presenting proposals to clients.
• Carrying out sales activities marketing strategies to ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have experience in roadshow / exhibition
